How Much Sugar do you Drink?

The answer is easy to find out and chances are it will surprise you. You are invited to take part in Count Your Cubes, a 4-week challenge to learn what happens when you take action to reduce the amount of sugar you drink. By tracking your sugary drink intake and taking steps to reduce consumption, you can keep your teeth healthy and reduce the risk of chronic disease. 

The Count Your Cubes Challenge, held in partnership between the Alberta Dental Association and College and Heart & Stroke, Alberta, will run province-wide in April 2018, during Oral Health Month. Once you have signed up with Count your Cubes, the easy-to-use on-line tracking sheet helps measure progress. To help reduce consumption, participants will receive weekly tips and strategies throughout the campaign.
